Two ways to reach us — a person answers both

Chat. Use the chat button in the bottom-right corner of any page. If we're at the desk you'll usually get an answer straight away.

Email. contact@furmidables.shop — we answer every message within one business day, often much faster.

We're a small shop. There's no call centre and no ticket queue. Messages come to a person who reads them and writes back.

If it's about an order

Include your order number and we can look it up straight away. You can also check status yourself on our Track My Order page.

Things we get asked a lot

• Where's my order? Most orders arrive 8–12 days after you order, tracked the whole way. That's from our own delivery records, not an estimate. If yours hasn't arrived in 21 days, message us and we'll refund you in full.
• I want to return something. You have 30 days from delivery. Message us before sending anything back — in most cases we won't ask you to post it at all.
• My TrailSip leaked. That's what the 30-Day Pack Promise covers. Send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.
• Can you help me pick a size? Yes, and we'd rather you asked than guessed. Tell us your dog's size and how long your usual walk is.
