Common questions

Will it fit my brand of cans? The underside has several concentric rings at different diameters, and the can rim sits into whichever ring matches it — small cat cans up to large dog cans. It's not a stretch fit, so an unusual can size may not seat properly. If yours doesn't, the Pack Promise covers you — we'll replace it or refund you.

Does it stop the fridge smelling? That's the whole point of it. A cover that actually stays on beats a sheet of plastic wrap that slides off in the night.

Can I put it in the dishwasher? Rinse it by hand — it takes about five seconds and there's nothing for food to hide in.
