What shipping costs

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order. No minimum spend, no code to enter, nothing to add to your cart to unlock it. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Processing

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days.

How long delivery takes

Most orders arrive 8–12 days after you place them. That range comes from our own delivery records, not an estimate — our median is under 9 days and the slowest order we have ever shipped took 12. You'll see an estimated arrival date on every product page.

We ship direct from the manufacturer instead of holding stock in a US warehouse. That's what keeps our prices where they are rather than roughly double, and it's also why we take longer than next-day. We'd rather tell you that before you order than after.

Kits and multi-item orders

Our kits are made up of several products that ship from different places. They usually arrive together, but not always — sometimes they travel separately and land a few days apart. You'll get a tracking number for each parcel, and it never costs you extra.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves, usually within 72 hours of ordering. You can check the status any time on our Track My Order page.

If your order is going to be late

If we know in advance that an order will miss the window above, we'll email you before your original ship date and give you the choice: wait for it, or cancel for a full refund. You won't have to chase us for that email.

If your order has not arrived

If your order hasn't arrived within 21 days, email contact@furmidables.shop and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to send anything back, and you don't need to give us a reason.
